Inspired by Pacific Ocean seafood and fresh produce of the Mt. Warning caldera, the magic of this infamous “Rainbow Region” is married with age-old traditions of the Italian peninsula. Experience epicurean delight from oyster bar to charcuterie, hand made seafood pasta to Fiorentina grill steak. Whether an intimate event in the comfort of your home or a wedding or corporate catering at one of Byron’s finest venues, Terra will take care of every detail for your special occasion.
Bruno has since pursued a successful career in the culinary arts, working in various venues around NSW, establishing his own name around the Byron Shire. Bruno brings traditional Italian cuisine to the table. Conti’s latest venture, THE HUT is located in the beautiful Byron Hinterland, Possum Creek and is a tribute to Mediterranean Cuisine.
